CBD co2 extraction equipment working process
The raw materials are loaded into extraction kettles.
The CO2 gas is condensed into liquid through the heat exchanger, the pressure is raised to the pressure required by the process (higher than the critical pressure of CO2) by the pump, and the temperature is adjusted to make it become supercritical CO2 fluid.
CO2 fluid enters from the bottom of extraction kettle, fully contacts with the extracted material and selectively dissolves the required chemical components.
The high-pressure CO2 fluid containing dissolved extract is depressurized below the critical pressure of CO2 through pressure reducing valve 2 and enters the separation kettle.
The solubility of CO2 decreases sharply and the solute is precipitated, which is automatically separated into solute and CO2 gas. The product is regularly discharged from the bottom of the separation kettle , and the CO2 gas is condensed into CO2 liquid through the heat exchanger for recycling.
